10. Do your final check and submit your portfolio materials to OPWL department (by end of Week 8)
You are in the final stage of your portfolio preparation. Soon you will present yours to the Portfolio Judges on your review panel!
Here are some items that you can use as a checklist during your final checkup:
- I have permission from the appropriate person to present the case summaries in my portfolio website.
- The Home page shows hyperlinks to my two work samples webpages correctly.
- All webpages and attached documents are free of typos and syntax errors.
- When reviewing the portfolio website without logging into the BroncoWeb account, all menu links work and text and images present properly (no broken links).
- When reviewing the portfolio website without logging into the BroncoWeb account, the link to my OPWL Program Learning Goals document opens properly (no broken link).
- When reviewing the portfolio website without logging into the BroncoWeb account, all menu items and other hyperlinks open properly (no broken links).
- I have a PPT file that I will use during my 15-minute presentation.
- I practiced and I know I can finish my presentation with the PPT file within 15 minutes.
- I can answer all of the sample questions Links to an external site. if asked by the reviewers.
- I think my portfolio website looks pretty good! (looking professional and aesthetically pleasing)
Please self-assess your readiness by grading your readiness in each of the 10 items above - e.g., 10 out of 10 points, or 8.5 out of 10 points.
Then, by the end of Week 8, you should submit your portfolio materials to the OPWL department via this Google form:
- OPWL Portfolio Submission Form (google.com) (link will be added)
After that, come here and report your completion of this final submission task with your self-assessment score (i.e., X out of 10 points), which will be used for grading this task.
You can continue to revise your PPT file until your portfolio review date if needed.
